I have seen an advert about discounted flights on Emirates using my Standard Bank Credit Card, how do I go about and take advantage of these huge savings?

o You can call leisure desk on 087 236 6557 / 031 208 8194 with your dates and destinations and a consultant will price it over the phone for you.
o Alternatively, you can email your query through to info@leisuredesk.co.za and a consultant will email a quote to you.
o You may also log onto www.leisuredesk.co.za and book flights direct with us

Once I have Received the quote and I am happy to proceed what do I do?

o You must complete the booking form attached to the email as well as send a copy of the passport and credit card to us and we will process your booking.
o Once processed your E-tickets will be emailed to you.

If I go onto the Emirates website to book, will I be able to take advantage of these discounts?

o Unfortunately, the discounts will only be applicable to flights booked via the leisure desk.

I have booked a flight on emirates prior to seeing the advert, how do I claim back the discount on tickets already booked?

o Unfortunately, these cannot be claimed as the flights were not booked via the leisure desk.

I am a south African citizen living abroad, do I qualify for the discount as I am a standard bank card holder?

o Yes, you do but the discounts are only applicable on flights originating in South Africa.

Will the discounted price of my ticket be the online price less the discount?

o This will be incorrect as the discount is only applicable to the airfare and excludes the fuel surcharge and airport taxes.

I would like to include an internal flight to my emirates ticket, will the discount apply?

o The discount is applicable on Emirates portion of the ticket only. The side ticket will be at the full cost.

I would like to book on an Emirates Code Share flight, will the discounts apply?

o Unfortunately, the discount is only applicable on Emirates Airlines.

I have managed to locate prices online that are cheaper than your quoted fare how is this possible?

o The booking system is dynamic in the sense that when flights become full, booking classes open and close live time. With this being said the consultant could have quoted you on the higher available class at the time.
o Online Travel Agents that are not directly affiliated with the airline take availability out of many countries around the world. Countries with stronger currencies may have a better availability than countries with weaker currencies. Due to these economic circumstances there could be rare occasions when flights do appear cheaper on these websites.
